The journey begins with compassion.
Welcome to The Lotus Wellness Building.
Who We Are
The Lotus Wellness Building houses a collective of providers all committed to providing compassion, understanding, and collaborative work with each patient, including those from marginalized communities. Each provider works closely with patients to heal an array of mental health problems. According to Mental Health America, one of the most common mental illnesses affecting more than 21 million (8% of the total population) of Americans each year is depression. Even young Americans, ages 12 - 17, suffer from depression at 3.7 million (15%). Many mental health problems can affect the lives of people, but luckily research has shown that with the aid of treatment, the symptoms of mental health problems can be improved or resolved. You are not alone in your journey. Change is possible.
What We Do
As mentioned previously, our collective of providers work towards healing and treating various mental health problems. These include depression, anxiety, panic disorders, bipolar depression, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, addictions, and many more. Each provider focuses on improving and further educating themselves to provide updated and current guidance or treatment for each patient. No patient is alike, therefore one method of treatment will not work for every patient. We tailor the methods to fit the patient's concerns and necessities.
How We Support
Regardless of how practitioners approach care, our goal is to respect the uniqueness of the individual, including their biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. People's emotions and physical health are influenced by countless factors, including their environment, culture, and religion. The Lotus Wellness Building is unique because each practitioner has experienced personal challenges related to their mental health journey. Compassion, empathy, and understanding constitute the foundation of every practitioner's unique approach.
Change is possible. Reaching out is the first step, so we would love to hear from you! Please fill out our contact form with any questions or concerns. Please refer to the Providers page for individual provider's contact.
